Maybe

The OS for your personal finances.

Description

Back in February of 2024, after a tumultuous death and rebirth upon open sourcing the code base, personal finance app maybe.co, decided to rebuild entirely in Rails. Since then, the prolific Josh Pigford and team have been furiously rebuilding the entire application and it's been a true masterclass to watch. By just watching the pull requests, I feel like I've learned so much about not only building beautifully in Rails, but also about what it's like managing an open source project. Kudos to the team and community that's helped push this project forward. I'm super excited to continue watching and maybe even contributing.
